This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the operator of Help Hero for use of the mobile application and related services (the “Software”).

By installing or using Help Hero, you agree to this EULA, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community & Safety Guidelines.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Help Hero on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal (or permitted small-business) use, subject to this EULA and the Terms.

2. License restrictions

You may not:

3. Ownership

The Software, branding, and underlying technology remain our property (and our licensors’). This EULA does not sell you the Software—only a limited license to use it.

Third-party components (e.g. maps, Firebase) are subject to their own terms.

4. User-generated content

Content you submit remains yours, subject to the license you grant us in the Terms of Service to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and for interactions with other users.

5. Platform role

Help Hero is a communications and discovery tool. We do not control offline conduct. You assume all risk of meeting or paying other users.

6. Updates and availability

We may provide updates that modify or remove features. We may discontinue the app. We are not obligated to provide support except as required by law or store policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INABILITY TO USE IT, OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST MONEY, OR PERSONAL INJURY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT SET OUT IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

9. Termination

This license ends if you violate it or we terminate your access. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the app. Surviving clauses (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue.

10. App stores

If you obtained Help Hero from Google Play or the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that those stores are third parties and not responsible for maintenance or claims relating to the app, except as their policies require. Their standard EULA terms for free apps may also apply.
