Community & Safety Guidelines — QuickAid by Help Hero

These guidelines help keep Help Hero useful and safer. Violations can lead to content removal or bans under the Terms of Service.

Core principles

1. Be respectful — no harassment, hate, or threats.
2. Be honest — accurate requests and offers.
3. Be safe — public places, exit early if uneasy.
4. Protect privacy — yours and others’.
5. Stay legal — no illegal tasks or goods.

Never share in chat

• Bank / card numbers, UPI PINs, payment OTPs
• Passwords, recovery codes, crypto seed phrases
• Scans of passports or IDs (unless you independently choose offline for a legitimate purpose—you do so at your own risk)
• Exact home address of minors or sensitive family details

Help Hero is not responsible if you ignore this and suffer fraud or loss.

Money & tips

• Agree clearly before work starts
• Prefer small amounts until trust is earned
• Confirm completion before paying
• Report scams; we may ban accounts but cannot recover money

In-person help

• Daytime / public venues when possible
• Share session info with a trusted contact
• Use SOS only for real concern—and call emergency services if needed
• Do not bring weapons or illegal substances

Requests we don’t allow

• Anything illegal or that harms others
• Sexual services or exploitation
• Purchasing age-restricted goods for minors
• Hacking, fraud, or social engineering

Location privacy

Map pins for helpers are approximate. Do not stalk or attempt to reverse-engineer exact locations. Turn Available off when you don’t want to be discoverable.

Reporting

If something goes wrong, contact [email protected] with details (user names, session id if any, screenshots). We may investigate but are not a law-enforcement body.

Emergency

Always call local emergency services for immediate danger. Help Hero cannot replace them.
