QuickAid has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child.

Prohibited conduct and content

Users must not create, request, upload, share, promote, or facilitate CSAM or any other sexual exploitation of a person under 18. Attempts to contact or groom minors for sexual purposes, solicit sexual images, sexualize minors, or arrange exploitative activity are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate content restriction, account suspension, or permanent removal.

In-app reporting and blocking

Users can report or block another person from that person’s profile or an active help session by choosing Report or block. Reports are confidential and enter QuickAid’s moderation queue. Blocking immediately prevents further matching and contact through the app. For a child-safety concern outside a session, email [email protected].

Review and enforcement

QuickAid reviews reported accounts and associated information, preserves relevant records when appropriate, and takes action based on the nature and severity of the concern. Actions can include restricting content, suspending or banning accounts, and preventing repeat access.

Reporting to authorities

QuickAid complies with applicable child-safety laws. Suspected CSAM or child exploitation is reported to the appropriate regional or national authority when required by law, and QuickAid cooperates with valid legal requests from law-enforcement and child-safety organizations.

The designated contact for QuickAid’s CSAM-prevention practices and child-safety compliance is [email protected]. Include relevant account names, session details, dates, and screenshots where safe and lawful. Do not email CSAM or forward exploitative material.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority. QuickAid is not an emergency service.
